The steps of our process
1. Consultation and assessment
We listen carefully to your basic needs and objectives. We talk to you, in order to understand your operations better and then establish together the requirements for an innovative, customised and functional product.
2. Detailed design
We use the 3D SolidWorks program to precisely establish every aspect of your future fit-out. We offer rapid design, simplified data management and a feasibility study for selection of the materials and accessories.
3. Manufacture of insulating panels
We manufacture the “sandwich” insulating panels in-house, combining fibreglass and high-quality insulating materials. This process allows us to guarantee the total thermal insulation that is essential for the cold chain.
4. Expert assembly
The insulating panels are installed by highly-specialised technicians, in full compliance with safety standards. In this phase, we install the requested accessories on the vehicle, ensuring a precise and long-lasting assembly.
5. Finish and customisation
We can also provide the surface and functional finish on request. We can decorate the vehicle with logos and slogans chosen by the customer and install additional systems, such as block shaft anti-theft devices, centralised closing systems and reverse parking sensors, for safety and visibility.
6. Strict quality control
Our experts perform detailed quality control before delivery. We check that the fit-out is perfectly customised according to the project and that it complies fully with all current regulations, guaranteeing an excellent and reliable product.
